There are many forms of 5 Elements practices and Qigong. We will work with some of the qigong and neigong relevant to the seasonal change and our current sequestration.
These practices are both effective and relatively easy to learn.
The session is open to all levels of experience.
Learning the principles and the forms is satifying and refreshing.

About the online experience
The forum for this session is (2) 90 minute periods and a 1 hour break in-between. The practices include periods of guided meditation, seated and standing qigong and Q & A.
