These ancient but wonderfully relevant qigong practices involve elements of self-massage, meridan tapping and other specific gestures design to create and maintain radiant health, improve circulation, strengthen the nervous sysytem and the brain along with other health benefits. Easy to access and remember.
Radiant Heart Neigong
Neigong practices such as "the Compass", "the Jade Dragon", "Rainbow Dragonfly Stretches its Wings”, “Balancing Heaven and Earth” and “the Taiji Circle” will be the subject of our practice and investigation. These forms are easy to learn and powerful in effect.
Strengthen the connection of attention and mindfulness with equanimity as embodied presence.
