Autumn Practice~Qigong and Meditation

Ba Duan Jin Review

The Seasonal practice of Qigong is a skillful means to become in-tune with nature and to fine-tune our ever evolving connection with the Tao.

In the Autumn we move from yang toward yin.  Some focus on breathing techniques that improve the health of the internal organs, especially the lungs.  We will continute with medical qigong and dao yin tapping practices and Radiant Heart Qigong and Neigong.

How can Qigong contribute to authentic spiritual awakening and embodied presence?

Look into this for yourself as we practice together and inquire.

The integration of qigong and contemplative practice continues as we, develop access and skill in the wisdom arts of qigong and meditation in a way that is both practical and extraordinary. 

Essential Mindfulness is practiced to include and expand self-knowledge that is a foundation for a sane and grounded discipline.

There are many benefits to this practice.  Among them is learning to genuinely relax and center and access your own inner poise.

Learning how to breathe with your whole body with the practice of the Radiant Heart Qigong – nourish and heal every cell in so doing.

You are always welcome and encouraged to take notes. 

There will be a full review of the day's practices and time for questions.

About the Daylong at Yoga Garden Studio
In consideration of space, this daylong retreat is limited to 25 participants.  

If you are interested, register now, as these daylongs tend to fill with a waiting list.
The Yoga Garden has blankets, bolsters, yoga mats and chairs.   Bring your own cushion if you wish. 

Come a little early for to say hello and find your place in the hall.

Please feel free to bring something to share with the community like fruit or snacks.


You are welcome to take notes and hand-outs of the day's practices may be offered.
