QigongDharma at Yoga Garden Studio

On Saturday August 20 2016 we will practice and refine  the Ba Duan Jin or 8 Pieces of Brocade qigong and neigong designed to develop internal strength and well-being.  Drawing on seasonal practices for the Heart and Lungs, qigong grows with us as life-long skillful means. 

With these deepening practices that are part of Radiant Heart Qigong, Neigong and Meditation, will be a Dao Yin meridian tapping regime.  

Develop access and skill in the wisdom arts of qigong and meditation in a way that is both practical and extraordinary. 

Self-knowledge is founded in a balanced and mindful practice.

There are many benefits to this practice.  Among them is learning to relax and center and access your own inner poise.

Learning how to breathe with your whole body with the practice of the Radiant Heart Qigong – nourish and heal every cell in so doing.

As far as the best practices in the River of Life?
These bring you immediate well-being and become a long-term pathway of awakening and the liberation.

Take away revitalization and a refreshed energy body.

Our day includes 24-minute sitting meditation and interval-breath-training periods balancing the qigong meditation.

There will be a full review of the day's practices and time for questions.

In consideration of space, this daylong retreat is limited to 28 participants.

Yoga Garden has yoga mats and chairs.

Bring your own sitting technology if you wish.
You are welcome to take notes.
Bring your own organic snacks or bring something to share.
