Managing Employer and Employee Issues in a COVID World

Without a doubt, the decision to return to the office is weighing on our minds. Employees and employers are faced with a daunting decision on whether or not to return to office and the safety protocols that should be in place to protect the workforce.

We have invited Lorrie Ray, Esq., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and Laura Woods, MAOM, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CPP, with the Employers Council (formally the Mountain States Employers Council) to present to our membership about employer and employee issues regarding COVID -19 including:

  • Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) guidance,
  • American with Disabilities Act (ADA) issues around face masks, fears of coming back to work, and symptom tracking,
  • Workers’ Compensation
  • Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
  • Liability questions

This event will be held virtually on August 19th from noon – 1 PM (Mountain Time).
