This one credit CPE will discuss some of the common pitfalls when using third party services or providers and what you can do to protect your company from billing errors, inappropriate practices and even fraud. During this course you will develop an understanding of the learning objectives defined below.

Presenter Bio

Jeff is a Principal with Stinnett & Associates and has over 30 years of experience. He has held positions such as Associate General Auditor, Director of Audit Services and Information Technology Manager with several large enterprises. Jeff manages full outsourcing Internal Audit engagements as well as business process improvement projects for clients, working directly with Senior Management to identify opportunities to enhance operations and improve efficiency.  Jeff also manages Stinnett’s Vendor Audit Services, a service line for clients needing vendor process management consulting, vendor audits and fraud or vendor investigation support.
