Let's Talk About It: Youth Mental Health

Join other Westborough parents & caregivers of adolescents in a small group "conversation circle" (8-10 people) to discuss how to support our adolescents' emotional & mental wellbeing. Cara Presley from Westborough Youth & Family Services will be present along with a Westborough parent to contribute to the conversation & to share resources.

This session will take in person at Westborough High School. If Board of Health requirements prohibit in person, the session will take place via Zoom.

This program is a Square One Collaboration, co-hosted by Westborough Youth & Family Services, Westborough Public Schools, Rotary Club of Westborough, Westborough Public Library, and Westborough Connects.
