The final User Group of 2014 will be held at the 1st Touch offices in Southampton. Please use this opportunity to discuss with your peers, colleagues and users of 1st Touch software any issues or new development suggestions you may have within your organisation.

12:00 - Welcome and introduction, company profile information collection

12:10 - Round up from each customer – who you are and what you are currently working on.

12:30 - Run through objectives of the day – Tim Birkett

12:35 - Software Development update, including 1st Touch Road Map – Keith Laurent

13:00 - Recap of the key topics discussed at last user group and progress made – Tim Birkett

13:15 - Discuss current hot topics (use for breakout sessions)

13:30 - Lunch and networking 

14:00 - Breakout sessions to discuss topics for summary

14:45 - Agree requirements to pass on to 1st Touch
