Having a Plan B
(and C & D) in Times of Uncertainty
Having the ability to quickly pivot, actively brainstorm and rapidly troubleshoot could be critical in 2017. We know there are seismic shifts underway in our political landscape, and tightening state budgets, leadership changes at many agencies, a list of things we could anticipate and a longer list of those we can't imagine. Having a realistic, nimble plan in place is vital to your organization's sustainability. We need to understand how to recognize issues as they surface, to have processes in place to assess prospective solutions, and to act on plans for quick implementation. We'll walk you through some potential scenarios and discuss usable strategies. This is the first part of a two part series on Transitions (Part 2 - February 23).
