                          Style Matters

                     A Conflict Styles Workshop

                            with Bobbie Boland

Friday - January 26th
8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Cost: $25.00 per person

Well packaged and very user friendly, Style Matters is an easy-to-use, all-purpose learning tool designed to be the instrument of choice for learning and teaching about conflict resolution and relationship management in general.

An added benefit, it is designed for users of diverse cultural backgrounds.
Going a little deeper than many other conflict styles workshops,  it scores users for their Storm Shift, a change in conflict style that many people experience when tension and emotions are more evident in the conflict situation.

Participants spend time learning about the strengths and challenges of their preferred styles, consider ways of being more flexible and how others might best work with them in situations where things are heated up.
It is a wonderful tool and the workshop is a very good learning experience. This course is useful to everybody and can be an excellent teambuilding exercise.
