In this grief support series, you will access a transformative power of being with others who are also experiencing sorrow, heartbreak, anguish, despair and sadness of loss.* During this time of isolation, our layered grief of small and large losses are calling us to develop new rituals for support and accompaniment.
In walking a maze or labyrinth, you slow down in order to move with the unexpected twists and turns, finding your way in and out. You can’t think or plan your way because your perspective changes with each pivot. By feeling your steps along the way, you stop, breathe, and sense a dynamic flow in moving with the maze. Similarly, you will be invited to sense your grief, moving with it instead of against it. Embody your grief. Get to know your grief from a new perspective.
Our Labyrinth of Grief process will support your grieving & mourning by learning with key aspects and phases of grief and allow you to slow down. Connect with and learn who you are now and ask questions about where you might feel baffled, stuck or angry. Access your own wisdom. Gain insights
This invitational work will allow you to listen more deeply ~ to yourself and others~ in a brave and trustworthy space. You will read inspirational pieces, reflect on writing prompts and experience breathwork and heart work. Personal reflection time, listening to others in pairs & small groups and the main group conversations will nurture and accompany you on your “labyrinth walk of grief”.
