2016 RWB TICKET SALES - Updated

RWB 2016 Skaters, Families, Friends and Guests:

GENERAL INFORMATION:

We are making a major change this year regarding the selling of tickets.  This year actual tickets have been printed, citing section, row and seat number.  Advance tickets will only be sold on-line. Tickets will be sold on a first-come first-served basis.  Seating will be assigned as near to your preferred location as possible. If you are not satisfied with your assigned seats, you will need to send a text or email to the Contact.

Advance sales, on-line, will need to be made by credit card (Pay Pal) only.  For tickets sold at the Pettit during practice and at the door, you may use cash, credit card or check (made payable to WFSC).

SKATER COMPETITION FOR SELLING TICKETS.

Now is the time to spread the word to friends, family and community about the upcoming show! This year we are holding a friendly competition between skaters to see who can bring in the most ticket sales. There will be a first, second and third place prize - more details to come!
Here is how it will work:
  1. Invite friends, family and community members to attend the show.
  2. Ask your supporters who are purchasing tickets to enter your skater's name (See space on Registration form) when they make a ticket purchase online. This is how tickets will be tallied for each skater.
    • Persons you know, whether in-state or out-of-state, who are unable to attend the RWB themselves, may make a donation.  Please refer to the email sent with this registration form.  There is a link (I can't make it, but would consider making a Donation) on the page.  For each $10 donated, it will count as a ticket sold for the skater.
  3. Be the skater with the most tickets sold over all three shows, and win!
Tips and tools for skaters:
  • Create a personalized message about your performance in the RWB show to let people know why you love the show and why it's important to you - then invite them to come and experience it for themselves!
  • Professionally designed Instagram and Facebook cover pictures are linked on Rinkside News #2 to help you spread the word.
  • Personal calls to family and friends are a good way to share excitement about the show.
  • Facebook events and emails can reach a large audience and keep all the information in one place.
  • Get creative! Send friends a Snapchat of you on the ice with the message: "Come see my show! Text me for more info!"
  • And if they can't come, refer them to the donation page.
Thanks for helping pack the stands for a great 2016 performance!

TICKET SALE SCHEDULE

Advance tickets (on-line) will be sold thru Thursday, May 12, 10:00pm.  For any on-line purchases made prior to Sunday, May 8, 10:00pm, you will have the option of having the tickets mailed to you. After that date and time, your tickets will be held for pick up at practice on May 11 & 12, or at "Will Call" at the time of the performance.  (To avoid as much postage and mailing as possible, we would like to hold tickets for pick up.  However, if you want them mailed, we are happy to do so. If tickets are held, a confirming email will be sent to the purchaser giving you the exact location of your seats. Tickets held for pickup will be saved under the name of the purchaser.)

Tickets will be available for purchase at the door, 90 minutes prior to the beginning of each performance.

TICKET PRICES

Advance sales will be $10.00, including tickets purchased at the above referenced rehearsals. Tickets sold at the door will be $12.00.  Tickets for children age 5 and younger are free, but you will have to "purchase" a ticket.  Parent Passes will not be sold this year.  Instead, each family of skater(s) participating in RWB will be eligible to purchase a limit of 2 Parent Tickets at a price of $8.00 each.  You may select the performance of your choice.  If you want to attend more than one performance, cost will be $10.00 each.  Volunteers who are assigned to duty at a specific performance will be entitled to attend that event for free.  These volunteers will be seated in Section H, or elsewhere in areas where seats are still available.

SEAT SELECTION

Seating charts for each performance have been created for you to select your seats.  This chart will be updated each night, indicating seats already purchased.  Click on the following links below (dates and times) to view the chart for each performance.

PLEASE NOTE:  Coaches are designing the show so that no particular section will have better viewing than another. However, the hockey glass is being removed in front of Sections A thru F, but It is not being removed from Sections G and H, so that might affect your viewing.

         Friday, May 13  7:00pm   Saturday, May 14,  2:00pm   Saturday, May 14,  7:00pm

We trust you  will enjoy the show this year.  Invite all your friends, relatives, people you work with, children your child goes to school with and anyone else who might enjoy seeing our wonderful skaters.  Our goal is to fill every seat for all the shows.
