Commercial Exhibitors Application and Agreement
COMMERCIAL EXHIBITORS SPACE FEE IS $300 ($350 after April 6, 2018)
Commercial Exhibitors will also be charged a $150.00 deposit that will be refunded at the end of the event granted they remain in compliance with the rules of the contract. This will be automatically added to your total at checkout.
NON PROFIT EXHIBITORS SPACE FEE IS $150 ($200 after April 6, 2018)
Nonprofit Exhibitors will also be charged a $75.00 deposit that will be refunded a the end of the event granted they remain in compliance with the rules of the contract. This will be automatically added to your total at checkout.
EXHIBIT SPACE INCLUDES: one (1) 6-foot table and two (2) chairs –
This is space, not a booth
SUBMISSION OF THIS FORM ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE EXHIBITOR AGREES TO:
- Sign and submit exhibitor contract to rjohnston@illinoispta.org
- Abide by the contract posted on the Illinois PTA Website
- Accept the exhibit space assigned
- Will submit proof of insurance (including product liability) along with signed contract to rjohnston@illinoispta.org
- All materials for the CONVENTION ADVERTISING SPECIAL must be forwarded to the exhibits chairman by April 20, 2018.
