SheLeadsTech Announces Kick-Off for Mentorship Program! 

Interested in having a mentor to advance in your career?  Or are you interested in helping others grow and develop? If so, please join the SheLeadsTech mentorship program Kick-Off and Call-To-Action meeting on April 24, 2019 from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm at the TCC Innovation Center.

 SheLeadsTech is developing four mentorship tracks:

Each track will be led by a senior advisor who will orchestrate the technical track and match participants/mentors. Other cross-track skills training (for all participants) will be developed and delivered to all interested participants, such as career planning, networking, communication, governance, risks, and other topics of interest to the group.

 Program Requirements:

• Women who have at least 1 year of experience in a technical field
• Women can be program participants
• Track advisors and mentors can be both men and women
• Must be local or able to travel to Tallahassee
• Each mentorship track will be 7 months long and will end with a “graduation” ceremony
• Participants must attend 90% of their group activities

 There is no cost to this program.
