Join us for a dancing exploration of our many chambered, infinitely expansive hearts. In this Valentines Day mini-workshop we use the 5Rhythms to explore the many ways love resides in, and moves through the body.  

Flow: We turn our love-lights inwards, awakening the inner lover.

Staccato: The expression of love and its infinite shapes and forms.

Chaos: Surrender to unconditional love.

Lyrical: Limitless expansion, where love gives us wings

Stillness: Love, not as an emotion, but as a state of being- our true universal nature.
