Biography for Speaker:
Rhoda Shaffer
Ms. Shaffer started her career as an analytical chemist at a transfer, storage and disposal facility (TSDF) and achieved progressive expertise in a variety of environmental matters. Experience includes developing standard operating procedures, analytical report writing, project management, regulatory compliance, environmental/safety risk assessment, hazardous waste classification and safety training. Throughout my career, Ms. Shaffer has successfully utilized compliance in EPA, OSHA and DOT regulations.
Education
AS Chemical Technology - Mary Holmes College; BS Environmental Studies - Chadwick University; REM designation - National Registry of Environmental Professionals and numerous certifications, seminars and courses.
