IACUBO 2016 Annual Meeting 

 

The 2016 IACUBO Annual Meeting will be held in Hine Hall at IUPUI in Indianapolis on May 13th, 2016. We are excited to welcome multiple world renowned speakers this year.  IACUBO is a tremendous opportunity for all of our higher education business and finance colleagues to come together for a invaluable day of learning, discussion, engagement and development (CPE).

Dr. Will Miller will be joining us for our keynote address, 'Refrigerator Rights'. Dr. Will Miller's unique background as a professional standup comedian, television personality, psychotherapist, educator, and best-selling author, along with his five graduate degrees, make him a recognized authority on modern life and culture.  His presentation combines all of these experiences, and IACUBO is tremendously excited to have Dr. Miller kick off a great day of professional growth.

Interactive individual breakout sessions throughout the day will focus on industry updates, technical development, and leadership skills.

To wrap up the day, IACUBO enthusiastically welcomes our Indiana Commissioner for Higher Education, Teresa Lubbers, to provide the closing address. As Commisioner, Lubbers has worked to increase college completion, improve productivity, and ensure academic quality. She has partnered with policymakers and higher education leaders to implement the state’s higher education strategic plan, Reaching Higher, Achieving More, and promoted innovative educational models and efforts to control college costs.  We are anxious to hear Lubbers thoughts on the future of higher education in the state of Indiana, and across the nation.
