Come to the Valley's favorite experiential childbirth ed class, & learn how to loosen up your hips and your mind for a smoother, easier birth. In this inspiring class taught by a midwife/doula, expectant parents learn and practice dozens of movements and positions to help baby's birth be a healthy, positive experience. This session will be enhanced by demonstrations of the movements and positions by newly trained doulas in Michelle's Birth Doula Workshop.
