Hand's On Class: "Fall" Into Cast Iron Cooking on the Big Green Egg
Fall is the perfect time for comfort foods, and Cast Iron cooking is how we cook some of our favorites! In this class we will use our Cast Iron Dutch Oven, and the Cast Iron Half-moon Plancha Griddle to show you how to cook wonderful fall dishes on your Big Green Egg.
Menu includes: Corn cakes with roasted baby bell peppers and cilantro; Stout-braised autumn vegetable shepherd’s pie; “Pork and Beans” pork belly; tomato, pumpkin and white bean cassoulet; Spicy chocolate pancakes with smoked camembert cheese and burnt orange Grand Marnier sauce
