Demonstration Boot Camp – Meat Church BBQ’s “Surf and Turf” Instructor: Matt Pittman, Meat Church BBQ
Matt Pittman is back to share his love of the EGG and all things barbecue. At this all ay BBQ Boot Camp will teach you the best tips for purchasing, prepping, grilling, roasting and smoking a variety of red meats and seafood. This is a demonstration-style class and a light breakfast, full lunch and full dinner will be served.
