Established in 2011, Glendalough Distillery is Ireland's first craft distillery in modern times. With the production of Irish Poitin the distillery has now moved on to whiskey production. In 2016 they were awarded a very prestigious nod from Icons of Whisky as "craft producer of the world" in "rest of world" category.
One of the founders, Gary McLoughlin, is on his first trip to Canada and will be stopping by for a wee tasting with us at The Whisky Kitchen. Gary is head of marketing for the distillery and has moved their products into 33 countries. So join us for a whiskey tasting from the Emerald Isle and learn about craft distilling on the other side of the pond.
Why not grab one of our limited tickets and join us and Gary on Tuesday, March 7th, for an Irish Whiskey Tasting and light fare here at The Kitchen. This isn't one of our whisky pairing dinners, we will be serving up light fare and charcuterie.
