South Pima Coordination of Services Meeting:  The Roadmap to Collaboration

Do you work or represent an organization that offers services to families with young children in South Pima County? If "yes," please join us for our quarterly South Pima Coordination of Services meeting. There is no cost to register and this is a great opportunity for networking and for exploring ways to collaborate with other community partners targeting the same geographic region of South Pima County.

We welcome all agencies and organizations that offer services to families with young children in South Pima County, and we are especially focused on the agencies that serve the communities of: Sunnyside, Summit View, Three Points, Arivaca, Sasabe, and Amado.

This event will be facilitated by Dr. Allison Titcomb, founder of ALTA Consulting,  PRO Neighborhoods Community Organizers Linda Duran, Lisa Torres, and Diana Olivares, and United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona.

The agenda includes the following discussions:

1) Reflecting on collaborative efforts:  An opportunity to share your story.  Feel free to bring any visual examples of collaboration.

2) The Roadmap to Collaboration:  Setting Clear Expectations & Commitments; and How to Best Monitor Progress.

3) Networking/Collaboration Activity:  Strengthen partnerships and increase opportunities for collaboration.

4) Optional Networking:  The formal part of the meeting will conclude at 11 a.m.  However, participants are welcome to stay and network between 11a.m. and 12 p.m.

Please be sure to bring your business cards and any outreach materials you have to share.

Light refreshments will be provided.

Sponsored by the United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona. Funded by the First Things First South Pima Regional Partnership Council.
