This day of learning will feature Ashley Furnell, Certified Conscious Discipline Trainer, who will present the keynote on how to how to create a school families that support all children. We will also have breakout sessions on a variety of leadership and management topics and a closing session on time management with Dr. Tim Crowley.

Anyone who has or aspires to a leadership role in a childcare facility in Missouri or Kansas would benefit from attending the Directors’ Symposium. Directors, assistant directors, lead teachers, trainers, coaches, and owners are the primary audience.
