Hawaii Retreat 2018 

Join Holos director, Jan Edl Stein, on the Big Island of Hawaii in this excursion into the wild and sensual "old" Hawaii with nature based contemplations, meditations, elemental journeys, excursions to wild parts of the island, secret beaches and an intimate swim with dolphins. "Re-wild" your being in this extraordinarily beautiful place.

 

REGISTRATION  fee includes:
* 6 nights lodging
* all meals from arrival lunch and April 11 through Breakfast April 17
          This includes substantial self-serve breakfast stocked in each house & snacks
          - WITH THE EXECPTION OF one lunch and one dinner "on the road"
* transportation to planned retreat excursions
* airport pick up/drop off - IF YOU ARRIVE IN RECOMMENDED WINDOW  (see event page for details)
* fee for dolphin swim boat
* admission fees to public venues that are part of the scheduled activities
* tuition & guide fees

Registration fee DOES NOT INCLUDE:

 * airfare to the Big Island of Hawaii
* one group lunch and dinner while touring
* incidentals, snacks, extras bought while on excursions
* special food needs outside of accomodations for gluten and dairy free or vegetarian diets
* gratuities
* airport to/from transportation IF YOUR FLIGHT PLANS ARE OUTSIDE RECOMMENDED WINDOW
* car rental fee if you elect to have your own vehicle for transportation during the week

FEES:   Early registration will secure your preferred room 

 Early registration fee for registration paid IN FULL on or before January 1, 2018
Regular registration fee for registrations paid in full on or before March 15, 2018
Late registration fee for registration paid in full after March 15, 2018

Twin bed in shared (2) room:                             $2350                 $2600
Queen bed single:                                             $2800                 $3050
Couple sharing room                                          $4600                 $4950

A deposit of $500 will hold your reservation.
 Balance due by Jan 1 for early discount fee, otherwise the balance will be due no later than March 1 for regular fee.  

Refunds/Cancellations:
Full amount paid minus $100 processing fee for any cancellattions given in writing on or before January 30, 2018.
Parital refund of 50% of any fees paid for cancellations received in writing after January 30, 2018 but before March 1, 2018.
No refunds for any cancellation received after March 1 UNLESS your spot can be filled in which case any fees paid will be refunded minus a $200 processing charge.
