Steve O'Rourke, EA  
Steve is from Oshkosh, Wisconsin. He is owner and president of O'Rourke Tax Service, Inc. founded in 1989. Steve has a BBA degree from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh. He has been an instructor with NATP for over 30 years and has served NATP in many capacities including a 3-year term on the NATP Board of Directors.

Patricia Poe-King, EA, LTC
Patti is a co-owner of Columbia Pacific Tax Service, LLC. She has been a licensed tax professional for more than 30 years and became an Enrolled Agent in 2019. She has been teaching the basic tax law course at Central Oregon Community College for six years. Patti has also taught continuing education for the Oregon Society of Tax Consultants (OSTC) and Oregon Association of Tax Consultants (OATC).

Tom C. Shaner, CPA

 Tom is the current Tax Research Manager for the Idaho Tax Commission (ITC). In his role with ITC he is heavily involved with the legislative process; he prepares and presents rules and statutes to the various legislative committees. He received his CPA in 1991 after graduating Cum Laude from California State University, Long Beach.  In addition to his experience as the CFO of  a large nonprofit corporation, he has extensive experience in federal and state taxation. Tom also owned his own practice for eight years.  Tom has lived in various parts of the country including New York and Florida, but now calls Boise home with his wife and two daughters.

Chris Barry, CPA 
Chris is the current Interim Administrator for the Revenue Operations Division at the   Idaho Tax Commission.  During his more than 28 years with the Commission he has served as the Technical Unit Supervisor, the Tax and Accounting Supervisor, and the Tax Production Analyst & Administrator. He received his CPA after graduating from BSU in 1984.
