National Institute of Christian Leaders 

During the Best Practices of Ministry Forum with Dr. Mark Rutland, he generously offered the attendees an opportunity to enroll in the National Institute of Christian Leadership (NICL).  NICL is committed to preparing and equipping you to faithfully lead the church, ministry, or business with which God has trusted you.

"The NICL is a year-long intensive leadership training program designed to take your ministry and personal leadership to the next level. You will learn from my 40+ years of ministry and business experience. Over the course of one year I will walk you through dealing with management issues, budgeting, staff and volunteers, turnarounds and much more."        Dr. Mark Rutland

NICL is valued at $4,000 but for Forum participants, Dr. Rutland is offering the program at a reduced rate of $1,787.  Registered participants may bring their spouse at no cost.  All incidental travel expenses (hotel, food, gas, etc.) are the participant's responsibility.  You may attend on the date & location of your choice. Dates and locations outlined in your email notification.

To secure your spot in the program, register online with your choice of payment in full - $1,787 or with a $300 deposit by July 1st and then send the balance of $1,487  to the District office  by August 1st. (Make checks payable to NCDC- note Rutland NICL)
