Neuroplasticity Skills for Regulation

This 3.5 hours workshop is focused on addressing anxiety and promoting well-being after trauma. You will:

  • Learn the science behind your anxiety
  • Practice techniques to build new neuroscience-pathways that change the way you think
  • Discover how to shift your mood and feel more comfortable
  • Practice the relaxation response for deeper results
  • Increase your awareness of your physiological responses to stress

Tami Boehle-Satterfield, MSW, LCSW-C, NBCHH, HTP utilizes many treatment techniques that facilitate shifts to increase motivation, creativity, and self-confidence. She specializes in anxiety, grief issues, improved performance, pain management, phobias, and trauma.
