Progressive Design-Build Dinner Event

Third in our series of conversations about alternative delivery methods: What role do specifications play in a Progressive Design Build process? Can specifications affect the level of competition? Please join us for Lessons from the Field, a discussion led by Monet Crowley and Kelley Cowan of XL Construction.

Here is a summary on what we plan to discuss:

  1. Define Progressive Design-Build (PDB)
  2. Share our experiences using this new, innovative delivery method.
  3. Compare and contrast PDB against traditional Design-Build Delivery.
  4. Share our lessons learned using PDB.
  5. Explore possible reasons why owners may use PDB.
