This session provides an overview of the Constant Contact email product and is geared toward to new user. The objectives of the training are to teach you how to:

• Create an email using Constant Contact
• Upload images and documents (PDFs) to the online library
• Add new contacts and update records in the contact database 
• Customize Constant Contact templates
• Add content and images to templates to create email campaigns
• Create clickable images and add captions to images
• Schedule emails for delivery
• Read performance reports (analytics)

 It is strongly recommended that participants attend The Power of the Inbox prior to attending this session.
