Kimberly Munley while on duty as a Sergeant with the Ft. Hood DOD Police encounted Major Nidal Hasan in an active shooter situation. She will share her ordeal with attendees.

Chief Harold Medlock will discuss the “Best Practices” that were observed during the 2012 DNC and how they relate to any city, town or county in North Carolina that hosts events, festivals or fairs in their jurisdiction.
