Andrew Duncan is currently the Executive Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Nevada. Andrew began his legal career in 1993 as an Assistant District Attorney in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. As an Assistant District Attorney Andrew prosecuted over 100 jury trials and served as the County’s Chief Drug Prosecutor.
Andrew moved to Las Vegas to join the United States Attorney’s office in 2002. As an AUSA, he was assigned to the Organized Crime Strike Force and prosecuted a wide range of crimes including Organized Crime cases, Health Care Fraud, Violent Crime, and White Collar Crime.
Prior to becoming Executive Assistant earlier this year, Andrew served the United States Attorney’s Office as Criminal Chief, Senior Litigation Counsel, Ethics Advisor, Professional Responsibility Officer, Criminal Discovery Officer, Brady/Giglio Coordinator and the Project Safe Neighborhoods Coordinator. He is a graduate of the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University and Hamilton College.
