Sponsor Registration

Welcome to the Sponsor registration page for the 2021 Spring Conference.  Our conference website (http://tabaconference.com) includes a sponsor area with booth spaces where we can highlight your company.  Please supply us with any marketing materials you want included in your booth space.  We encourage you to offer a door prize to create interest and draw attendees to your exhibit area.   You can collect contact information from visitors registering for your door prize

If you have a credit from last year, you may apply it to this conference.  In the payment section, select Pay by Check.  We will apply your paid registration credit to this conference and send you a receipt.

The cost to sponsor is $1000.00 for a Silver sponsorship and $2500 for a  Platinum sponsorship.   Click on Sponsorships on the left panel to see what is included with each sponsorship.  

If you want to attend any of the sessions, you will need to sign up for each session on the Conference webpage.  If you want TDI CE credit, please include your license number and name as it appears on the license.
