TABA's Spring Conference is March 26th and 27th, Thursday and Friday at the Woodlands Waterway Marriott, in The Woodlands, Texas.  Topics to be discussed include Medicare for All, RBP for Pharmacy, the Political Landscape, an update on On-Site Clinics, plus more.  A complete list of speakers and topics will posted on this website soon. 

Hotel 

The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel is located at 1601 Lake Robbins Drive, in The Woodlands, TX  77380, just north of Houston.  The hotel is 22 miles north of George Bush International Airport and 40 miles north Hobby Airport.  It sits between the Waterway and the Woodlands Shopping Mall.

The Hotel is offering the group rate on rooms for the weekend following the conference, if reservations are made at the same time you are making your conference reservations.  The Hotel offers a fitness center, spa, restaurants and bar as well as conference meeting space.  Nearby are many local attractions, golf and shopping. 

The TABA room block price is $199.00.  The deadline for room reserrvations at the group rate is Thursday, March 5th.

Registration

Conference registration rates are listed below.  There is a discounted rate for additional registrants from the same company.  Your dues must be current to register at the “Member rate”.  Contact Phyllis Campbell if you are not sure about the status of your dues.   Late fees apply to registration fees after March 16th .

Golf

The Golf outing will be the day before the Conference begins, on Wednesday, March 25th. There will be reserved tee times at Cypresswood Golf Club for those who want to play.  Tee times will begin at 1:00. There will be prizes and you can register and pay for golf on the online registration page when you register for the conference. The Golf Club is located at 21602 Cypresswood, Spring, TX.

Silent Auction

We will have a Silent Auction at the Conference to benefit our PAC Fund.  If you have an item or service you would like to donate to the Silent Auction, please contact Phyllis Campbell.  Please support the auction at the conference.  If you cannot attend, you can make a contribution directly to the PAC Fund.  Mail any contributions to the TABA office.  No corporate checks please.

Our PAC funds are used to make contributions to Texas Legislators/Candidates that have shown support of the health care insurance industry issues and that support pro-business and pro-employer's legislation in Texas.
