The 2016 Officers and Board of Directors of TABA invite you to join us in Corpus Christi, Texas for the 2016 Fall Conference and Membership Meeting.  We look forward to making this another learning and networking opportunity for our members and associates.  

Hotel

Located in the downtown Marina District, Omni Corpus Christi Hotel offers luxurious guestrooms with spectacular views of the Corpus Christi Bay.  Located just 15 minutes from Corpus Christi International Airport.

It is a very popular vacation and resort destination - so make your reservations early.  TABA's special room rate is $139, but is only guaranteed until August 25th.  Click on the Hotel logo on the left to go to TABA's Hotel Reservation Page.  The hotel is offering the TABA rate for the weekend prior to the conference if you would like to come early and enjoy the Texas Coast.

Transportation

Most flights to and from Corpus will connect through Houston.  There are several afternoon commuter  flights, but you will want to book your flights early if you have specific travel needs or need to make connections.  The hotel offers shuttle service to the airport.  We are working to ensure that we complete the conference a little earlier on Tuesday, to allow you to make your afternoon flight on Tuesday.

Registration

Conference registration rates are listed below.  There is a discounted rate for additional registrants from the same company.  Your dues must be current to register at the “Member rate”.  Contact Phyllis Campbell if you are not sure about the status of your dues.   Late fees apply after April 11th.

Golf

There will be reserved tee times for those who want to play golf on Monday morning.    There will be prizes and you can register and pay for golf on the registration page when you register for the conference.

There are special golf sponsorships available,  as well as tee box signs for your company's name that you can purchase.  Pricing fo golf and sponsorships are on the registration page.

Silent Auction

We will have a Silent Auction at the Conference to benefit our PAC Fund.  If you have an item or service you would like to donate to the Silent Auction, please contact Phyllis Campbell or Denise Villagran.  Please support the auction at the conference.  If you cannot attend you can make a contribution directly to the PAC Fund.  Mail any contributions to  the TABA office.

We will be making contributions this fall to Texas Legislators/candidates that have shown support of health care insurance industry issues and that support pro-business and pro-employer's legislation in Texas. 

Sponsorships

We have sponsorships available.  We appreciate the support of our Industry Partners.  You are an integral part of our conference and we couldn’t do it without you!  There is a document attached below that lists the sponsorship levels for you to review and what is included with the sponsorship.  You can register for a sponsorship on the same page that you register for the conference, or you can contact  Phyllis Campbell about sponsoring.   If your sponsorship includes a free registration, select "Sponsorship Only" in the registration section and the appropriate sponsorship below.
