TABA's Officers and Board of Directors invites you to join us in Austin,Texas for two days of information, discussion and networking.  The TABA 2015 Legislative Day & College of Knowledge of Knowledge registration is now open.

Hotel 

The AT&T Conference Center is located in downtown Austin about 6 blocks North of the Capital.  It is a state of the art Hotel and Conference Center.  For more information about the hotel and its amenities and to book your room click on the AT&T Conference Center logo on the left.  It will direct you to a reservation page for TABA guests.  The room block price is $189.00.  If you prefer you can call 512-404-3600 to make your reservation.  Be sure to mention the TABA Conference.    TABA's room block pricing is only good until January 20,  so book your room now. 

Exhibitors Space & Registration

Exhibitor space will be in the hallway outside the meeting room.  Meeting rooms at the conference center are amphitheater style with no space for exhibit tables.  We will be the only group on the level we are assigned to and the hallway is extra wide.  Break tables will also be in the hallway, so it should be a good arrangement for both exhibitors and attendees.   Each exhibitor will have a 6' table top exhibit space.  Booth space will be assigned in the order registrations are received.

All Exhibitors will be sent an electronic copy of all conference attendees with their contact information after the conference.  There will also be a listing of registrants in the conference notebook that is on the flash drive you will receive when you register at the conference.  Pricing for exhibit space is as follows:

TABA Member - $750.00 (includes one conference registration)

Non-Member - $1500.00 ( includes one conference registration)

Additional registrants are $295.00

Your membership must be current to register at Member rates.  If you are not sure about the status of your TABA membership, please contact Phyllis Campbell, 512-507-7001 or pcampbell@tabatpa.org.

Sponsorships

We have sponsorships available.  We appreciate our sponsor’s help.  You are an integral part of our conference and we couldn’t do it with you!  There is a document attached that lists the sponsorship levels, so you can look at the pricing and what is included with the sponsorship before you register.  You can register for a sponsorship on the same page that you register for the conference, or you can contact Phyllis Campbell about sponsoring.  Her contact info is on the left. 

If your sponsorship includes a free registration, select pay by check and we will send you an invoice for the correct amount.  If you are not going to exhibit but want to sponsor, select "Sponsorship Only" in the registration section and the appropriate sponsorship below.

After you register to attend (the link is below for online registration) we need two things from you.

1)  Please submit a one paragraph description of your company for the Conference Notebook.  Please include contact information and website.  You may includes a small logo (not necessary if you sent one last year).

2)  Please download the "Exhibitors Contract", complete it and return it by email or mail.  Please note that your exhibit space is not reserved until you return the contract and payment.  Send all completed forms to TABA.  The contact information is listed in the left column.

Golf

Please join us for the TABA Legislative Golf Outing before the conference.  TABA will secure tee times on Monday morning starting at 8:00.  TABA is sponsoring this event to raise money for legislative efforts.  The cost is $150 per player.  More information will follow on location and logistics.   You can register for golf at the beginning of the Sponsorship Registration.
