TABA invites you to join us in Dallas for two days of information, discussion and networking.  The 2014 College of Knowledge Conference registration is now open.

Speakers

The two day conference has great speakers to help you prepare for and adjust to the changes in the market place.  Some of our topics this year include Essential Changes to a TPA's Offering in the post ACA world, ACA Pay or Play Update,  DOL's position on ACA compliance and enforcement and a discussion on the implementation of SB 822, the Silent PPO bill.  Speakers include, John Hickman of Alston & Bird, Glenn McLellan of McLellan Consulting Services, Cynthia Marcotte Stamer, PC and others.

We are also offering a second session track on Tuesday.  Karen Schwabacher, President of Schwabacher Health Insurance Consulting, Inc, will present an all day Hands on Claims Training Workshop.  Karen's class differs from any other Claims Workshop you will ever attend.  The difference is in the “Hands On” approach that lets you apply knowledge immediately, using real claim situations you see every day.  There is special pricing for "Tuesday only" for the Claims Class.

Hotel

The Crowne Plaza® Hotel North Dallas - Addison near the Galleria is conveniently positioned in an upscale area of North Dallas and within minutes of some of Dallas' most popular restaurants and attractions.  The Hotel is noted for its award-winning service and accommodations. Addison Regional Airport is five minutes from the hotel in north Dallas, and approximately 15 minutes from DFW and Dallas Love Field Airports.  For more information about the hotel and its amenities and to book your room click on the Hotel logo on the left.  It will direct you to a reservation page for TABA guests.  The room block price is $139.00/night.  If you prefer you can call 972-980-8877 to make your reservation.  Be sure to mention the TABA Conference.  The room block pricing is only good until Feb. 15th, so book your room now. 

Exhibitors

Exhibitor space will be in the conference meeting room (Trinity Ballroom IV), around the perimeter of the room.  Exhibitor's will have a 6 ft table top exhibit space.    Booth space will be assigned in the order registrations are received.

All Exhibitors will be sent an electronic copy of all conference registrants with their contact information after the conference.  Registrants will also be listed in the Conference notebook, on the flash drive that you will be given at registration check in.  Pricing for Exhibit Space is as follows:

TABA Member - $975.00 (includes one conference registration)
Non - Member - $1500.00 (includes 1 registration)
Additional registrants are $225.00 each.  

Membership dues must be current to register at the Member rate. Contact Phyllis Campbell if you need an invoice for your 2014 membership duesl  If you want to join TABA, you can download an application below. 

After you register, we need two things from you. 

1) Please submit a one paragraph description of your company for the Conference Notebook.  Please include contact information and website.  You may include a small logo. (not necessary if you sent one last fall.) 

2) Please download the "Exhibitors Contract " , complete  it and return it by email, fax or mail.  Please note that your exhibit space is not reserved until you return the contract and payment.  Send all completed forms to TABA.  The contact information is listed in the left column or fax to 512-992-1667.

You can ship your booth and supplies directly to the hotel.  Your shipping label should contain:
