2016 Spring Conference Vendor Registration 

The MBA Spring Conference is one of the largest gatherings of beekeepers in the country. It is a "must" for any vendors wishing to sell to the highly motivated attendees. Vendors can use this form to register for tables in the expanded vendor display area. Tables are limited and are assigned on a "first come, first served" basis.

Vendors are encouraged to register for the conference early.

A limit of three tables per vendor is in effect.  Vendors may request specific locations within the exhibit hall providing that space is available.  If you need an electrical hookup, please contact the vendor coordinator.

Tables are $75 each (an increase from previous years) and lunch will be on your own.  Vendor setup will start Thursday evening (after 6pm).

Please follow these steps to register...
1.  To start the registration process, click on the "Register Now!"  button, below.
2.  Complete the "Personal Information" section of the registration page.  Include your business name and a name of the principal contact person.  A name tag will be printed for this person's name so the name you enter should be someone who will be at the conference.
3.   In the "Fee"  section of the registration page, select the number of tables you want (maximum of three).
4.   If you want to bring an Associate, then click the "Add" button in the "Associate Information" section of the registration page.  Enter the name of this person (who should be different than the primary name entered in step 2, above) and select the "Additional Associate" fee category.  Your basic registration includes two passes to the conference (the primary and one associate).  In other words, if you purchase one table, you may register two people (yourself and one associate).
5.  You may add one additional associate for each additional table you purchase.  In other words, if you purchase two tables, you may register three people (yourself, and two associates).
6.  In the "Payment" section of the registration page, select the payment option you want (credit card or check received prior to the conference).  If paying by check, remittance information will be displayed for the check.  If paying by credit card, a form will be displayed for your credit card information.
7.  Finally, click the "Register" button at the bottom of the registration page to complete the process.  You will receive an email confirming your registration.
