Scientific investigations produce data that must be analyzed in order to derive meaning. Because data patterns and trends are not always obvious, scientists use a range of tools—including tabulation, graphical interpretation, visualization, and statistics. Come explore activities that can be immediately integrated into your classroom!
We will investigate strategies and activities that can be adapted for grades 9-12.
Cost: $125.00 includes Continental Breakfast and a full lunch.
Registration begins at 8:00am and the workshop will begin promptly at 8:15am.
Cancellations: If not paying by credit card, your check or journal payment must be sent at least 10-days prior to the workshop or event. If the workshop or event is cancelled by SJCOE, participants will be notified and will obtain a full refund. No refunds or credit will be given to participants. Substitutes are welcome.
