NGSS Planning and Carrying Out Investigations for Grades 6-12 Educators (6810) 

Students should have opportunities to plan and carry out several different kinds of investigations during the K-12 years. At all levels, they should engage in investigations that range from those structured by the teacher-in order to expose an issue or emerge from students' own questions. (NRC Framework, 2012, p. 61)

We will investigate strategies and activities that can be adapted for implementation into grades 6-12.

Cost: $65 and includes dinner

Sign in begins at 4:15pm and the workshop will begin promptly at 4:30pm.

Cancellations:  If not paying by credit card, your check or journal payment must be sent at least 10-days prior to the workshop or event.  If the workshop or event is cancelled by SJCOE, participants will be notified and will obtain a full refund. No refunds or credit will be given to participants. Substitutes are welcome.
