Science and Engineering Fair Professional Development for K-12 Teachers - (704/6800) 

The Office of STEM is hosting a Science and Engineering Fair Professional Development workshop that will focus on incorporating the new NGSS science and engineering practices into your science curriculum with the following goals:

• Hands-on activities to show first-hand how to integrate Common Core and NGSS into your students' projects. 
• Help students submit engineering projects.  
• Providing motivation to students.
• Timelines and guidance for setting a year-long schedule. 

Workshop fee of $125 includes all materials, continental breakfast and lunch.

Sign-in and continental breakfast will begin at 8:30am.  The workshop will begin promptly at 9:00am.  Lunch will be provided.

Cancellation Policy: If the workshop is canceled by SJCOE, registrants will be notified in advance and will obtain a full refund. No refunds will be given for participant cancellations.
