Join me for this unique Boost event in the lovely and picteresque village where I live - Dunblane. (Ok, it's technically a city as it has an enormous cathedral - but it's so cute and quaint, I just can't call it a city!) It will be an inspiring weekend, with a wee tipple too in the lovely local pub on the Saturday evening!
I write a 'Daily Boost' every day and send it via email to those on my list but thought a 'Boost' weekend would be fun. At this unique Boost event you will absorb the reality of the mind-body connection and learn how to harness it. In addition, I will show how you catch and transmit emotion and will hence teach you how to deflect negative emotion. The Boost will continue with how to build your confidence and self-esteem, and important but easy-to-learn strategies for improving the health of your heart and staying young inside. So basically, an all round boost!
This Boost event is designed to give you the mental & emotional tools to help you have a great 2017.
The first night of this course is at Dunblane Sports Club. Where else? It's where Andy and Jamie Murray played tennis growing up. I currently play tennis there, although that's where the comparison with the Murray brothers ends. :-) I'll be giving a talk at the club and afterwards we can share some drinks and conversation. On the following day, we shift to the beautiful, Old Churches House, which overlooks the historic Dunblane Cathedral.
This event is limited to a maximum of 12-15. A buffet lunch is included on Saturday and Sunday.
Here's a breakdown of the event:
Friday 3rd March (7pm - 9pm) - at Dunblane Sports Club
Saturday 4th March (10am - 4.30pm) - at Old Churches House
Sunday 5th March (10am - 4pm) - at Old Churches House
Event cost: £165
Travel: Dunblane is easy to get to from Scotland's two largest cities and main airports - Edinburgh and Glasgow. There's regular direct trains to Dunblane from Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Accomodation: There are lots of hotels and B&Bs in Dunblane and in the neighbouring Bridge of Allan, which is only 2 minutes away by train or 5 minutes in a taxi. Most people tend to stay in Bridge of Allan.
