I HEART Me: The Science of Self-Love (1-day workshop) 

Following the publication of the bestseller, I Heart Me: The Science of Self-Love, this workshop will explore some of the individual insights and strategies for helping you to develop a healthy level of self-love.

You'll learn how self-love as as much biology as it is psychology and how you can use this insight to boost your self-love in some unique ways.

You will also learn:

  • how to easily 'wire' self-love into your brain
  • how to build self-compassion
  • how to become resilient to shame
  • how to feel better about yourself
  • that you matter!
  • and be inspired to take your life forward in a new and healthy way

You will also gain an understanding of the 3 levels of self-love and how to move through them. You will leave the workshop with important insights and powerful, practical strategies that you can put into practice right away, that will help you to build your healthy self-love from the inside out.
