I HEART ME - BOOK LAUNCH 

Join me for my launch event for my new book - I HEART ME: The Science of Self-Love.

Come have a glass of fizzy, some chat (I'll be mingling), then I'll give a talk on how to boost your self-love. You will learn how self-love is as much biology as psychology and how you can easily re-wire yourself for self-love.

I'll share some inspiration as well as some powerful tools and techniques that you can put into practice right away that will help you to feel better about yourself than ever before.

This book has taken me two years to write. I usualy write a book in about 5 months (that's how it's been for six of my previous seven books). This one took a LOT longer because it's the only book I've written that required a significant personal transformation in myself. It's one of the reasons why I'm so excited to launch it and why I believe so passionately in the teachings I'm sharing.

The venue is in Glasgow city centre. If you're travelling by train, it's only a 10-minute walk from Central Station. If you're flying into Glasgow, shuttle buses run regularly to the city centre that take about 25 minutes. If you're coming by car, there's lots of places nearby to park.
