Gain confidence on this amazing new dark skies walk - a mini adventure in the dark!

National Park staff will be on hand at all stages as you negotiate the flat 2 mile walk at your own pace.

Whatever the weather you'll be excited by being surrounded by the sounds of nature but with 360 degree views of the night sky, if the skies are clear you'll be amazed at the darkness and thousands of stars and planets you can see. 

The ground is fairly flat but a little rough under foot. Please wear suitable walking shoes/boots and dress warmly as the site is quite exposed to the wind and rain. Depending on the weather it may also be muddy.

Please not there are no toilet facilities at Larkbarrow and parking is roadside and in a field.
