What is Maintenance Mania?

A competition in which apartment pros like you from around the country face maintenance-focused challenges that test their skills and knowledge to earn the title of Maintenance Mania^® National Champion*. Check out training videos at https://www.naahq.org/maintenance-mania

• Halstead Click Lock Plank Installation
• Race Car Competition

 Are you the fastest? Do you have what it takes to compete? Here’s your chance to prove it!

Please remember you MUST build a race car from maintenance products ahead of the event to race it down a 32’ long track. 

Cost: Competitors $99  Spectators $49 (Both Include Lunch)

Event Schedule

• Competitors and Car check-in opens: 11:00 a.m.
• Spectator Check in: 11:00 a.m.
• Practice time: 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Check out all the games!
• Lunch 12:00 p.m.
• Competition begins: 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
• Social Hour and Awards Ceremony: 3:00 - 4:00 p.m.

* You must compete in all challenges and enter a car in the race car competition to be able to qualify for a spot in the National Championship at the NAA Educational Conference.

COMPETITORS

Please review the information below and print whatever materials you will need for the competition. Registration can be done online by clicking the "Register Now" button above or a hard copy registration form can be found on the liability waiver form below. If you wish to register a hard copy, your check of $99, per contestant must accompany your form. Please remit the hard copy form to APTS of NY, PO Box 3956, Albany, NY 12203.

SPECTATORS

Bring noise makers, pom poms and anything else you wish to cheer on the competitors. This is a fun and interactive event so be sure to invite family, friends and co-workers to join the event! The cost for a spectator is $49 and includes lunch!
