1. If you are filling out this form on behalf of the station and you plan to attend the convention yourself, please be sure to add yourself as a guest. You may add a total of 25 guests. If you have more than 25 attendees, please contact us before filling out the form.

2. When selecting sessions and meals, we only need the total # of attendees for each. For example, if you are filling out this form for the entire station, you will need to choose the number of people for each session and meal.

3. If you are only coming for a meal and will NOT be attending the convention OR if you have any dietary restrictions for meals, please contact Laura Espejo directly at laura@ne-ba.org.

Room reservations must be done by phone. Please call the hotel directly: 402-393-3950 - then press 0 and ask for the NE Broadcasters Association group rate.
