Populations Focus Learning Series: African American Culture and Community: Racial Trauma and ACE

The Adverse Childhood Experience (ACEs) are potentially traumatic events that occur in childhood as well as the conditions in the child’s environment that can undermine their sense of safety and stability. We will explore how racial trauma is also another factor within ACEs in the African American community.
