Winter Intensive with Mary Lou Weprin 2023

Please join us for our annual Winter Intensive. Participants should be familiar with Headstand, Shoulderstand, and Urdhva Dhanurasana. Open to students who regularly attend a Level 2–4 or 3–5 class at the Yoga Room, are graduates or currently enrolled in the Advanced Studies Program, or by permission of the instructor.
