Embodiment and Integration (part II)

This weekend will be an invitation to be with the process and practice of consciousness as we move through layers of tissue and experience.  Can we bring awareness to the patterns that support us and discover what is in shadow that can be illuminated and allow us to move into our fuller potential. I will guide touch and smaller internal movement.
