Memorial Day Weekend Classes with Gay White & Bonnie Maeda

Please join us for these holiday weekend classes to bring balance, strength and deep rest to your body and mind. The two morning classes will focus on active asanas such as standing poses, backbends and simple inversions. Saturday afternoon will be a quiet practice of seated forward bends, and restorative poses.
